In 2024 my beautiful cousin Olivia was diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Cancer at the age of 34 who sadly passed in March 2025. In the months before Olivia died, she decided she wanted to set up an annual event to raise money for research into Neuroendocrine Cancer.
There are very few medical professionals, particularly in the UK, who have expert knowledge in diagnosing and treating Neuroendocrine Cancer. Yet sadly, each year there is a noticeable increase in those being diagnosed. Olivia wanted this imbalance to be addressed.
My family followed Olivia’s wishes and set up the charity O.K. 10K (Olivia Kazimiera) just a month after she passed with a date set for 19th October 2025 in Oxfordshire for the very first run or walk for all.
I joined the Marketing and Communications team as Project Manager & Design, ensuring brand awareness across all social channels, mailing, communications, t-shirts and signage.
