Zoë & Matt created a pinterest board with plenty of inspiration for the style and colours, they were after a cream and emerald themed invitation with illustration throughout. After some initial sketching I took these into Illustrator to create the designs and then formatted these in InDesign ready for a bulk print of 100.
The design featured Zoë, Matt and their sweet pup Ambrose on the front clinking champagne glasses with the back decorated with doodles of wine, cake, sparkles and bows.
For the wedding favours they wanted a simple matchbox with the same design on one side and their wedding date on the other. I ordered a bulk pack of matches and individually wrapped each one in the design allowing a gap for the striker strip. My partner (and emotional support from pup) very kindly helped me put these together!
I printed the invitations on a 350gsm card, there was invitations for guests who were coming to the ceremony and those coming to just the evening do. Printed double side, the back featured doodles of a wedding cake, snacks, drinks, hearts, paw prints and sparkles. The gift note was the same width as the invitation which was attached with a gold paper clip and fit nicely in a A4 envelope.
