Darren who owns Poppylands has a love for Dad’s Army and the 1940’s, he has created a charming cafe in Horsey, Norfolk which is designed with a 1940’s wartime theme filled with memorabilia, photos and clothing. The menu features homemade British comfort food, cakes and afternoon tea.
Whilst working for Horsey Holiday House I was contacted by Darren who was local to the Horsey area to create Poppylands a logo. He wanted a combination of the British flag, his signature brown teapot, poppies, and spitfires. The logo features on the menu’s and across social media.
